Private equity investor Gary Nusbaum and senior management consultant Ana Paola Teixeira to provide strategic business direction and financial advice to leading streaming service

NEW YORK, Nov. 28, 2017 – Cennarium, one of the largest streaming services for theatrical productions, has brought onboard two seasoned business leaders to advise the company’s senior management and board of directors on business strategy, financial management, market growth and overall business development. Both Gary Nusbaum and Ana Paola Teixeira will begin providing guidance to the company effective immediately to help it continue its trajectory toward being the global leader in the theatrical streaming market.

Nusbaum is a private investor, adviser and speaker based in Westport, Connecticut. He has spent more than 25 years in the private equity and asset management businesses and has been a board member of more than 50 public and private companies. For more than 10 years Nusbaum was at Warburg Pincus, where he was a managing director responsible for investments in the media, telecommunications, retail, health care, environmental and logistics sectors. He has worked extensively throughout the U.S., Asia and Latin America.

Teixeira is a former McKinsey & Company management consultant, mentor and public speaker working worldwide. For 25 years she has worked with corporate leadership teams on matters such as strategy and business development, as well as mentoring small businesses and startups. Teixeira was founding partner and for 10 years CEO of AndinaTech, one of the earliest mobile marketing companies, twice winner of the Mobile Marketing Association awards. She was also part of the jury of the inaugural mobile category in the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Her experience includes sectors such as media, entertainment, telecommunications, banking and energy, among others.
